The guitars have enough grit to scrape the paint from the walls - Jammerzine

The album’s title feels appropriate for music that thrives on tension, rough edges and the sensation that everything could unravel at any moment. For listeners who enjoy the darker corners of alternative rock, Red Light Acid Test are making a convincing case for turning the volume up...Preferably very loud. - Eric Alper

Red Light Acid Test are carving out their own space with serrated guitars, restless rhythms, and a sound that refuses to sit still. The rhythmic jolts and guitar clashes suggest a band that values impact without sacrificing atmosphere. There is a difference between making noise and making noise mean something, and the band understands that distinction rather well. Their approach feels less like an exercise in nostalgia and more like a refusal to let alternative rock become another predictable product on the shelf. - Jammerzine
